We spent the Sunday before Christmas with Phil's family to celebrate. Here are a few pics from the evening.

It's Holiday Season

We had my annual holiday party for work. It was nice. Grace had a great time playing with all of the other little ones there and I couldn't get over how cute she looked in her dress:) Here are a few pics that we took before we left.

Happy Halloween

We went to a "Trunk or Treat" with some families from our small group for Halloween. Grace was a butterfly this year....so cute!! She was on the go so I didn't get too many good shots. Now that she's walking, my camera can't keep up!

Happy First Birthday Grace

I never intended to go 3 months without posting any new entries. I apologize to all of you who have been commenting on our lack of timliness. Hopefully, I'll stay a bit more current from now on.

Anyways.....Happy Birthday to our little Grace...Gracie...Goose...Goosey...Gracie Goose...baby Grace!!! Her birthday was so much fun for all of us! This year has gone by so quickly. Thank you Grace for the joy you bring to our lives!

Tim and Lindsey's Wedding

Phil's brother Tim, married Lindsey on July 21. The wedding was on the beach in Holland, MI. It was a beautiful day and an equally beautiful wedding celebration. We're so happy to have Lindsey "officially" in the family...she's great and we love her.

South Haven beach day

We took Grace out to South Haven to enjoy a nice evening walk and to allow her to experience the beach for the first time. She loved the sand, but didn't care too much for the chilly water.

Happy 4th of July

We took Grace to a 4th of July parade with some friends from our church. The kids loved it and hit the pool later in the day to cool off.

Tim and Faith concert

Here's a few pics from the Tim McGraw/Faith Hill concert that we went to. It was a great show and we had awesome seats!! Taylor Swift opened for them.

Go Broncos!

Phil was recently named Director of Basketball Operations for the mens program at WMU. This is an opportunity that he's been working towards and has been dreaming of for years. Memorial Day Weekend

More Memorial Day Weekend

We try to keep a Memorial tradition alive by visiting our friends the Rochos at their home on Murphy Lake. It's always a blast and we especially love catching up with friends who live far away. We've posted several pictures from the weekend. As you can see, times are spent doing anyting from relaxing to having way too much fun. Even the dogs get play time (they have 3 Golden Retrievers).

Bubbly Bubbles

Grace loves her bath. Currently the kitchen sink is her bath tub - we havn't yet upgraded to the real thing but she doesn't seem to know any different!

My first Mommy's Day

This was the first Mother's Day that I've officially celebrated as a Mom. It's so wonderful being a mommy.....especially to a cutie pie like this (not that I'm biased or anything).

1st BBQ of the season

We had friends over from church for a backyard BBQ. We had 11 kids all under 4. It was super fun to watch them play. The especially enjoyed the inflatable jumpy thing courtesy of the Rykses!

It's Time to Eat

We officially broke out the high chair and started baby food this week. So far, sweet potatoes have been a big hit. And just to make sure, I tried a little myself....yum yum!!.....green beans....not so much.

Auntie Hope!!

Hope was in town and was able to visit with us!!! We always enjoy seeing her whenever possible. Hopefully we can make it out to Las Vegas some time.

Discovering the World!

With the warm weather here, we've been able to take Grace outdoors....it's been fun watching her explore.
